Zouire Marketing Group is part of a larger organization called O.G.B. Holdings, Inc. owned by Gene Bicknell. Gene Bicknell owns many other private companies, the largest of which, NPC International, Inc. (est. 1962), is the largest Pizza Hut franchise with almost 900 locations.

O.G.B. Holdings, Inc. is comprised of three companies, Pitt Plastics, Inc. (est. 1972), National Mills, Inc. (est. 1985), and Zouire, L.L.C. (est. 1998). Pitt Plastics is an international plastic manufacturer. National Mills is a private label apparel manufacturer working with brands such as Nautica, Sean John and others. Zouire designs and implements turnkey marketing and merchandise programs for Fortune 1000 corporations and associations.
